We begin by analyzing your case and determining your eligibility for the Global Talent Stream. We also consider the likelihood of success for your application and the applicant’s eligibility for expedited processing (10 days).
The next stage is to ensure that the person has the necessary work experience and meets the eligibility requirements for the Global Talent Stream.
We next proceed to prepare the application. This includes gathering business legitimacy evidence, filling out forms and cross-referencing information, submitting an application for a Labour Market Impact Assessment and Work Permit, and creating a Labour Market Benefits Plan.
Included in our Work Permit Services:
- Preparation of thorough cover letters emphasizing how the criteria were met;
- Prepare thorough cover letters that showcase the applicant's qualifications for the post;
- Applications must be submitted immediately to the proper government offices.
- Monitoring the applications in progress and processing rates, in comparison to previous files we have submitted to the same offices;
- Notifying a certain office when there are any processing delays with the applications; and
- Ensure confirmation and Canada Work Permit issue.
