in Ontario, who needs a custodian?
Under the age of seventeen (17) years old, international students are required to have a parent or legal guardian accompany them to Canada. When a minor travels alone without the presence of a parent or legal guardian, they must make arrangements for a custodian—a temporary guardian—in Canada.
